Chicken Cheese Nuggets


  Here's a recipe for chicken cheese nuggets:


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:


  1. In a food processor, combine the chicken chunks, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined and the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.
  2. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into nuggets or any desired shape.
  3. Heat oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Dip each nugget into the beaten eggs, then coat them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the nuggets into the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd them. Fry in batches if necessary.
  6. Cook the nuggets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  8. Serve the chicken cheese nuggets hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, barbecue sauce, or ranch dressing.
